Meet the Founder
Staci Martin brings over 20 years of comprehensive validation expertise across multiple regulated industries including biologics, vaccines, medical devices, and consumer products. As a distinguished validation subject matter expert, she has established and implemented robust validation programs encompassing equipment commissioning and qualification, cleaning/sterilization validation, and process validation strategies that have consistently met regulatory requirements across global markets. Her technical mastery extends to CIP/COP cycle development, analytical methods validation, and facility design review, complemented by successful management of multiple regulatory audits including pre-approval inspections.
Beyond her technical acumen, Staci excels as a transformational leader who has consistently built, trained, and managed high-performing teams of 5-35+ professionals to meet critical commercialization milestones. Her program creation and management experience spans facility startups, consent decree remediation, and multi-site compliance initiatives where she has demonstrated exceptional stakeholder management and risk mitigation capabilities. As President of S Cubed Validation Consulting, she has served as a trusted advisor to clients across the United States, Asia, and Europe, providing strategic direction and hands-on implementation of validation programs that balance regulatory compliance with business objectives.
